Terrible experience, had both upstairs bathrooms done. We’ve had to call them out TWICE after the first year, to regrout the 2nd bathroom because the grout wears away fast. It may be cheap material they’re using. There’s also a weird orange residue along the shower floor that keeps recurring where the grout is. See the attached photos. My master bath’s niche shelf is leaning, so that when water hits the shelf, as it will, it’s a shower- all of our body washes, razors, & products end up on the floor of the shower to say the least. The owner tells me, & I quote, “the shelf has to be built at an angle so that the water runs down off the shelf”, HunhhhThat’s not the half, even now 4 years later (01/26), I’m in my Living room downstairs, my Son is showering & I see water leaking all over my Cream Colored sofaWait-WHAAAAAT!!

There’s a leak coming from our 2nd bathroom upstairs INTO our living room downstairs…HORRENDOUS!! Something with the installation of the Shower Pan maybe. I don’t know because I’m not the Professional, but NEITHER are they! But this needs to be fixed ASAP! The money we’ve spent with them was a WASTE. And the fact that the owner says we’ll have to pay additional money because the warranty is up is CRAZY. At this point, aside from shoddy material being used, it’s a case of POOR workmanship. -UPDATE- UPDATE- UPDATE-UPDATE-

We recently had 2 companies come out & “Inspect” the bathroom & BOTH companies informed us that’s it IS a faulty shower pan installation. You make the choice to use them, I WOULDNT! At this point, I’m in the process of contacting “Help and Howard” so Everyone in the tri-county area will see him on the news & know how shoddy his company is. He has attempted to contact me several times to REMOVE my Post, but not to correct the issue! Why would we need to pay this company for a job not done correctly in the 1st place? His only concern is making money, which is BAD BUSINESS!

I had Sunshine do a complete renovation of my main bath and it came out great. Elcio and his team are very professional and good at what they do. All contractors should be as good. I will use them again.

Sunshine kitchen and bath did a phenomenal job with my kitchen. They redid everything. His subcontractors are on time clean and professional. The job was finished within four weeks no waiting for anything. I would highly recommend using them for your kitchen or bath. Anybody can email me if they have any questions about the company. I just had sunshine kitchen and bath totally redo my kitchen. They did a phenomenal job, all of his subcontractors were on time and professional. From start to finish it took four weeks, their fabricator is unbelievable. I highly recommend you use them. feel free to email me. Sunshine Kitchen & Bath completed my major, complex remodel including kitchen, 4 bathrooms and entry way. Superb, quality work that exceeded my expectations and stayed within budget with no surprises! Elcio and his team are amazing and very knowledgeable from demo to electrical, plumbing, cabinets, custom copper hood vent, marble, drywall, painting, just the best and very professional and friendly! I will be using Sunshine again for our home addition. Best GC in South Florida, highly recommend!
